Building Capacity For Your Company

Capacity Statement
Let’s ask ourselves these big questions first;
Do you have an identity that people can associate a distinct service or product with you?
Do you have a “mantra”? In other words, a single phrase that defines your entity. The underlying idea here is sound...think about who you are, what you want, what you want to do for your clientele & human resource and so forth. This direction will eventually define your aspirations of making a stamp on the market.
Have you deeply thought and looked at what your comparative advantage is and that that you do best and your competitors even look up to you to better themselves?
What markets are you serving and what have you got to offer them?
Do you seek to solve the market’s challenges or even clients/prospects challenges?
What kind of internal cohesion are you creating for your human resource?
Why should we try our hardest to answer these questions?
Recognition from top decision makers/top industry players/clients/prospects.
Forge a heavy presence on the market.
Pulling a “street cred” factor.
Way to go
Indeed as a serious entity, you will have all the tools to try and move away from the conventional ways of laying down strategy.
How?
If for example your research indicates that almost 80% of your sales have been through recommendations, then this should speak volumes on how you must rethink your strategy. It will make more sense for your entity that you invest more in the avenues that will consolidate your recommendations and provide even more of them and as a result, sales will naturally trickle in over time.
What’s your client retention plan?
Over time you would realize that you are loosing your clients in the most of bizarre ways. Some explained and some unexplained. Therefore;
How do you make your services or products an extended line of service or product? This is very critical and we can take an example of technology. It always keeps on moving in all directions (360 degrees) just so to be relevant to the users.
How do you keep tabs with your clientele base about the next best thing from what they have but offering the same value and so the same job even better?
